Recruitment
We follow Employment Practices in line with the Care Standards Act 2000 and require the following documents in order to process an application.
- An Enhanced POVA CRB (Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure). All new applicants must have a Criminal Record Bureau Disclosure that has been processed by Gemini, We cannot accept CRB disclosures from other sources. We are an umbrella body for CRB, with a charge of £36 per disclosure.

Complete Immunisation Records. We need proof
that you have the correct immunisation, if
you do not have this please ask your doctor.
The standard requirements are:-
- Tuberculosis
- Rubella
- Varicella (chicken pox)
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis C
- National Insurance Number and P60/ P45.
- UK Passport/Passport with valid visa with no restrictions
- If not a UK resident, proof of your eligibility to work in this country and or/student status.
- Two professional references, references must be from people that are in a responsible position in the Health Care sector.
- Current Manual Handling Certificate issued within the last year.
Providing you have the above requirements, when we have received your references, we will call you to arrange an interview.
